How to backup Windows Registry ?




  1. Go to "Start" menu,
  2. Select "Run", then type "regedit" .Windows Registry will open .
  3. Go to "File" menu then select "Export". 
  4. Select "All"  option under "Export range"


    5. Select Export All

  5. Create a new folder . e.g; "Registry-Backup" .
  6. Then type a file name which includes current date , this will help you in future maintenance of your Operating System . e.g; "Reg-Backup-01-04-2013"
