1. Go to "Start" menu,


2. Select "Run", then type "regedit" .Windows Registry will open .

3. Go to "File" menu then select "Export".

4. Create a new folder . e.g; "Registry-Backup" .

5. Then type a filename which includes current date , this will help you in future maintanace of your Operating System . e.g; "Reg-Backup-21-01-2008"
